By accessing or using the WorkVisaCRM platform (“Service”), you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Green Outdoors Global Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), incorporated in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
WorkVisaCRM is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) CRM platform designed specifically for overseas manpower agencies and international recruitment firms. The Service includes features for candidate pipeline management, visa and document tracking, employer portal access, compliance checklist management, analytics and reporting, and related functionality as described at workvisacrm.com.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
You may not share your account credentials or allow multiple individuals to use a single account login. Each authorised team member must use their own credentials.
The Service is offered at ₹9,999 per month (the “Subscription Fee”). Pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ written notice.
Your subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
All payments are due in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to the Service. Applicable taxes (including GST where required) will be added to the Subscription Fee.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at crm@gogpl.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months except where required by applicable law or as specified in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all Service features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, if you do not cancel, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be billed the applicable Subscription Fee. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscribers — if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
You retain full ownership of all candidate data, employer data, and other content you upload to the Service (“Customer Data”). We process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and upload of candidate personal data complies with applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA 2023) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from candidates and other data subjects before entering their data into the Service.
For agencies processing EU resident data, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request. Contact crm@gogpl.in.
The WorkVisaCRM platform, including all software, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Green Outdoors Global Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the platform except the limited right to use the Service during your active subscription.
You retain all intellectual property rights in your Customer Data. By uploading Customer Data to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with the Service (“Confidential Information”). Neither party will disclose Confidential Information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives termination of the subscription.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Uptime commitments are provided on a best-effort basis; we target 99.9% availability but do not guarantee it.
WorkVisaCRM is a software tool only. We do not provide legal, immigration, visa, or recruitment advice. Compliance with visa laws, labour laws, and embassy requirements remains entirely your responsibility.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GREEN OUTDOORS GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total Subscription Fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green Outdoors Global Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your Customer Data; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days’ written notice. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without notice in the event of a material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to non-payment, violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, or conduct that may harm the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may export your Customer Data prior to termination. We will retain your data for 90 days post-termination, after which it will be securely deleted.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service following notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
